Let's make an AI action on Google Assistant that gives you running tips, pro motivation and plans tailored to you — all by using your voice. You can even find gear suited to you. I took it from concept, to development, to delivery in two languages for Nike EMEA— leading the full conversational design.
THIS HAPPENED:
Following on from Phase 1, the action handled 93% of queries effectively and we launched the evolution of Nike Coach at Berlin Marathon '18 — tying in with Eliud Kipchoge's record breaker and bringing smart coaching to global audiences on Nike.com.
