Let's make a Facebook chatbot that gives teams the inside scoop on the contest and speak to them in their own language - GIFs.
I lead the team as ACD to create a secret-agent style bot that only gave you the goss if you entered the secret emoji handshake.
Our Insider bot launched Red Bull's CYMI? campaign across Facebook and developed as the campaign progressed to offer more tips on teams, voting and plenty of athlete fail GIFs.
